Our Staff
Dr. Theresa Schaudies, is the assistant director of Awakenings Prayer Institute. She holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education from Boston University and a doctorate in Transformational Leadership from Bakke Graduate University.
Dr. Mary Hoppa, is founding director of Lighthouse Counseling. With 40 years of service, she is a well-tested specialist is children's and family counseling, with clients ranging from age 4 to the elderly. Mary has an extensive background in social services, and has served as clinical director of geriatrics. She has a special affinity for young women and families in crisis.
Dr. Kathy Troll, is Dean at Seattle Bible School and the director of By His Grace Ministry. She has served as youth pastor, children’s pastor, women’s pastor and director of a prayer counseling ministry. Kathy has a Master’s Degree in Servant Leadership from Seattle Bible College, and a Doctor of Transformational Leadership from Bakke Graduate University.
Kathryn Johnson, serves as worship director at Bethel Baptist Church. She holds a BA from Seattle Pacific University and an MA in Adult Education from Western Washington University. Kathryn teaches at Everett Community College in the Reading and Study Skills department.
